Landlord requires 1 yr. employment with your current employer or a co-signer with 1 year employment in current position.
Landlord requires Security deposit and 1st mos. rent down prior to move-in
Landlord will conduct a court search for landlord/tenant
cases.
All applications must be returned with proof of income
